To place an order, browse the menu, select your desired items, customize them if needed, and add them to your cart. Proceed to check out, enter your delivery details, and complete the payment process.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cash on delivery in select areas. All payments are processed securely.
After completing your order, you'll see a 'Track Your Order' button on the order confirmation page. You can also go to your profile section and find the order tracking option under 'My Orders'. Note: you must verify your account to see order tracking.
You can modify or cancel your order within a few minutes of placing it, before the restaurant starts preparing it. Contact our support team or use the 'Cancel Order' option in your account.
Refunds are processed for canceled orders or if there's an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect or missing items). Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
